Summary: It was terrible when we got there no elevator service we were on the 4th floor with medical conditions no towels in the room 3 night stay and no room service was offered atcany time we asked for towels the first night the young man stated he had to give them to someone else who was griping we only received towels one day out of a three night stay

Summary: Elevator didn’t work, upstairs room had a dirty bathroom but Isaiah made up for it quickly and was attentive and friendly with a genuine interest in making the stay pleasant-

Summary: Got to hotel and was told the elevator didn't work. I would have appreciated knowing this information before booking but now we are here. I needed to rooms close to each other and was told the only rooms that fit my request were on the 4th floor. We did get a discounted rate for the inconvenience. In the room there was no hot water, the closet mirror was cracked, and the toilet leaked onto the bathroom floor. On the outside, the side security door did not require a keycard, giving access to anyone. While the staff was nice, the hotel needs some work.
